Q: How much does it cost to ship, and how soon will I receive my order?

A: Shipping anywhere in the world is completely FREE and will be sent to you by the originating supplier. It will take approx 7-21 days to deliver your order.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: If an item is faulty on receipt of goods simply return the item to the originating supplier for a no questions asked refund. Each item will have a different return address so please contact us for the appropriate one.

Q: Will I be able to see my item in transit?

A: Online track and trace will be supplied. This can be tracked approximately 3 days after recieving it.
